A focused session for headshots, a single location, or a tight set of brand images. You choose 10 frames from your gallery to be professionally retouched.

Room to move between locations, wardrobe changes, and a wider range of scenarios. You choose 20 frames from your gallery to be professionally retouched.

Cancellations inside 24 hours of the session are subject to a fee of 50%. Rates are subject to change once per calendar year. Rate card last updated May 23, 2026.

Born and raised in Virginia, Lisa Houlgrave is a New York based fashion and portrait photographer who has been involved in the glitz and glamour of the fashion world for over 25 years. She started her life in New York as a fashion model, learning her craft as a photographer from some of the world's fashion greats.
Her elegant and dynamic photographs have appeared in fashion magazines including Harper's Bazaar, and have graced the walls of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Museum of Natural History, alongside various private and public galleries. She has photographed for world class hotels and interior designers, and is known for her rapport with her subjects, shooting comfortably across a wide range of projects.

The photographer grants the agent a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable and exclusive right, sublicensable to Compass and its affiliates, agents and subsidiaries, to reproduce, modify, edit, store, display and prepare derivative works from the images and media files delivered under this agreement. They may be reproduced an unlimited number of times for any of the Permitted Uses below.
The photographer may not resell or share the images with a third party, stock photography for example, without the agent's express written consent.

The following outputs fall outside the general agreement and are subject to an additional fee:
The agent may reschedule a shoot by giving the photographer written notice. Notice given inside the window the photographer specifies is subject to an additional fee as listed under Rates. Rescheduling due to adverse weather carries no cancellation or other fee. Arriving late to a session means that time is lost from the session.
Model. The agent authorizes the photographer to use and publish photographs in her portfolio, online and in print, for publicity and advertising. The photographer must obtain the agent's written consent before sharing photography with a third party for promotional use.
Location. The agent is responsible for any location permits and for securing shoot locations, which may carry fees.
The photographer is responsible for securing any other necessary releases.
The agent receives a link to digitally download the final edited images. Files are delivered as .jpeg at print resolution, 300 dpi, via the Compass Production preferred process.
These terms run in perpetuity, with the exception of the photographer's rates, which are subject to change once per calendar year. Any changes to terms are communicated between the parties directly.
